First teased by developer Smilegate earlier this month, it was announced today that the new Assassin class will arrive in the Korean server of Lost Ark on 31 July 2019. It will be the 5th main class along with Warrior, Hunter, Fighter, and Magician and comes with 2 class advancements, roughly translated as Blade and Demonic. Blade uses 3 swords to slice through enemies like paper, which is a rarity in combat design, while Demonic utilizes more dark magic with her… arm blades? There is also a gauge to fill up via combat to activate the “Demon Claw” mode which changes the battle style temporarily with improved stats.
