Recently, it was revealed by Kotaku that the company’s COO, Scott Gelb, was a senior executive who “participated in “ball-tapping” (flicking or slapping testicles), farting on employees or humping them for comedic effect.” Despite confirming his misdeeds, Riot Games has only suspended him for 2 months without pay and preparing to send him for training to improve his workplace behavior.
