If you ask me, this business deal was bound to happen once HIT became quite a success both internationally and in native South Korea. Nexon announced today that it has acquired an additional 30% stake in developer Nat Games, bringing the total to a controlling 48.3% majority. Nat Games, founded in 2013, found global success in HIT with over 25 million downloads and the upcoming Overhit is performing well in South Korea. Nexon is scheduled to launch Nat Games’ second mobile title, Overhit, in international markets later this year.
