After a considerable launch delay, Capcom recently announced Breath of Fire 6 will be launching in Japan on both PC (browser) and Android platforms on 24 February, followed by an iOS launch in March. As mentioned in my previous posts and highlighted in the new game trailer, Breath of Fire 6 is a cross-platform game, allowing players to see each other across the 3 different operating systems.
Players are able to play first from 19 to 22 February, where data will be brought over to the official launch 2 days later. Breath of Fire 6 is a true sequel in the “Breath of Fire” RPG series, where Capcom made the decision to deviate from consoles and go mobile-first instead, along with PC browsers. Capcom has also teamed up with KOTOBUKIYA to release figurines based on the main characters.
