Borderlands Online, developed exclusively for the China market by 2K Games Shanghai, is one of the main highlights at ChinaJoy 2015. Publisher Shanda Games announced that the PC online shooter will begin its second test phase, “Crazy”, on 12 August. There will now be time limits in all dungeons, along with the ability for party members to revive each other. The level cap is set at 38, with 25 PVE instances, 3 PVP modes, and 3 main towns.
