After a few Closed Beta phases, developer XLGAMES (ArcheAge) announced Civilization Online will enter its Final Closed Beta phase from 14 July to 18 July in South Korea. Crafted using CryEngine together with IP owner 2K Games, XLGAMES did mention the title is exclusive to Asia, with the Taiwan server confirmed recently. A new trailer was revealed to highlight the main features.
Several systems were shown in separate trailers, including Industrial Careers and Industrial Wonders. There are actually five different careers, including miners, builders, and technicians. Those who played the Civilization games should be familiar with Wonders, structures which provide powerful bonuses for players. Civilization Online is expected to launch right after the Final Closed Beta.
