An open secret for a couple of weeks now, publisher and developer ChangYou officially announced Warframe for the China PC market at its annual Game+ new game summit event, with no Closed Beta date announced. No unique features or localized content was announced, which is surprising. Despite Perfect World buying into developer Digital Extremes, it will just publish the console version.
