Following the rumors earlier, Tencent Games has announced the publishing of NCsoft’s first MOBA title, Master X Master, for China. “Master” refers to the playable characters in the game, which will see an all-star lineup of famous NPCs and classes from all NCsoft games, including brand new ones. Every player will be able to select any two Masters for each round, changeable even during battle.
The feature is known as the “tag” system, and I must say it is rather unique and interesting from the looks of it. Each individual Master can be customized too, giving the Master several different builds. There are four modes (PvE and PvP) in development, and there is one known as “Masters Olympics” where players will have to run, dodge bullets, jump and more, rather than just killing all the time.
