It has been one week since Black Desert launched, and according to numbers revealed by the Korean media, the total hours played compared to Open Beta day in internet cafes has dropped by 8%. Not really a disaster, but publisher Daum Games said that the decrease is caused by a unique UI which some players find hard to adapt. Changes to the UI are expected soon.
Black Desert is still No.1 in terms of MMORPGs played in internet cafes, and No.4 in overall games. A player managed to hit the level cap on the 2nd day, and Daum Games is not worried since such players went purely PvE and there are still many features which they have yet to experience. Information on the guild system will be announced soon as well.
