[Press release] Previously known as CryENGINE 3, developer Crytek has rebooted the engine’s branding, and now simply known as CRYENGINE in the latest upgraded version. Rather than follow the numeral game Epic Games is having with Unreal Engine 4, I guess it is a refreshing change.
Crytek is also re-opening the Closed Beta phase for Warface, and it is evident now Trion World will not be publishing this next-gen F2P shooter. Interested gamers can sign up now over at the official game website.
