Firefall, an upcoming MMO currently developed by Red 5 Studios, is currently being showcased at the 8th DigiChina Expo in Beijing. China developer, The9, is one of the major investors in the game and anticipation for the game has been increasing over in the mainland. Participants of the expo were able to enter their details via the various stations available for a chance to get into the Closed Beta (Chinese version I presume). While no date has been set, the first Closed Beta phase is expected to be open during early 2011 and a same date for both English and Chinese versions. Players can now signup for a Closed Beta spot at the game’s official website.
