If you have not heard about the company, Sonov is a Korean MMO developer which had created games like Shaiya and upcoming MMOs like Shaiya 2 and Berkanix. Today, the company teased a 3rd new game in the making, currently codenamed as Project Mercury. Developed by Plutogames, one of the studios under Sonov, it will be a 3D MMOFPS where the Federal Police Corps are pitted against the Mafia.
The game will be designed using a mixture of elements from the past, present and future. It was revealed that there will be 5 unique classes and also an open plaza where players can meet to trade. Players will switch to a third-person viewing mode when in the plaza, as opposed to the first-person view while in PVE or PVP.
While not much information is actually released, Sonov promised it will be a “new” kind of MMOFPS players can look forward to.
