As I posted a few days ago, Nexon was in discussions to purchase Korean Developer, GameHi, the creators of Sudden Attack and Dekaron. The discussions are now over and Nexon is currently proceeding with acquiring GameHi’s shares. According to reports, GameHi’s CEO, Mr Kim, currently has 86,660,000 (54.79%) shares. In the first step, Nexon will be buying over 30% of those shares, which is around 25,000,000 shares. The rest of the shares will be acquired by Nexon over a period of time.
Here’s the stunner for those reading. After Ndoors and GameHi, it is reported that Nexon is looking at 2 more unnamed companies to purchase. While there is no official statement on this, it will come to no surprise if Nexon really does that given their financial strength.
