More online games using CryEngine 3, by developers who actually know (not the ones from Asia) how to use the engine? Hell yeah! In an interview with Gamasutra, Crytek CEO Cevat Yerli divulged that “It would be pretty much safe to say that this team will be working on online games”.
If you followed recent gaming industry news, you would have known that Crytek USA is a new studio with several core members from the now defunct Vigil Games, developer of Darksiders and an upcoming Warhammer 40,000 game. Overall, this is great new, and I certainly hope these online games are not casual or Facebook ones!
