[Source] Motiga, the troubled developer of colorful MOBA Gigantic, confirmed recently that another 15 employees have been laid off. Since Microsoft backed out on publishing Gigantic, which was supposed to be an Xbox One and Windows 10 exclusive game, there have been several rounds of layoffs at Motiga, even after Perfect World Entertainment took over as the game’s publisher.
To be fair, Motiga did mention most of the lay offs are from non-development departments, since most of the business and operations duties will be handled by Perfect World Gigantic is currently in Open Beta for PC systems with Windows 10, and Motiga is currently working on releasing the MOBA on Perfect World’s Arc platform, accommodating other versions of Windows.
