We first posted about Mad World back in 2017 when it was first announced by developer Jandisoft, and the game has since grown from strength to strength. On the business side of things, the amazing cross-platform MMORPG developed using HTML5 impressed Netmarble enough to become one of the giant company’s next games. Announced in August 2019, Netmarble became the global publisher of Mad World. And here is the latest in-development trailer for Mad World!
If you did not know, the HTML5 technology allows games to be played on all platforms without having to download any game client. The platforms include mobile, PC, console, and even web browsers on any device, all playing within the same server. While we are not sure how Netmarble will handle the publishing of Mad World, we are guessing the game will be converted into Android and iOS apps for mobile devices (instead of playing from mobile browsers).
