Valorant – Riot Games communicates with ChinaJoy audience via developer stream

Riot Games’ new online tactical shooter, Valorant, is still not available worldwide as of now, and China is included in the list. While Valorant is being prepared for launch, the Riot Games team did not manage to travel to ChinaJoy 2020, but instead streamed a video at a related conference with developers talking about various features of the game. The 2 main highlights are perhaps Riot’s vow to support the game long-term, and also weeding out all cheaters. Similar to League of Legends, Valorant should be published by Riot’s parent company Tencent in the near future with massive resources allocated for esports activities.
