Pokémon Unite – MOBA team battle game based on Pokémon announced

First teased back in July last year, many were curious what kind of game would Tencent and Nintendo cook up using the Pokémon IP. Today, Nintendo announced the fruit of their efforts, Pokémon Unite! In the introduction video, it was not mentioned as a MOBA, but a “the first Pokémon team battle.” The developer, TiMi Studio Group, is known for its top MOBA title 王者荣耀, or Arena of Valor, and also Call of Duty Mobile. You could see that they have been very successful. Pokémon Unite is set to launch for mobile and Nintendo Switch.
