Nexon Networks today announced it has established a subsidiary in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Nexon Networks itself is a subsidiary of Nexon Korea, which deals in 3 main functions: Customer Service, Operations, and Quality Assurance (QA). The new office in Vietnam will oversee quality assurance (QA) for the Southeast Asia market, which basically means to test games for defects and bugs. It is expected to official open on 2 May and vastly improve “games efficiency” in the growing region. Nexon has been stepping up its game in Southeast Asia, having previously opened a massive office in Thailand in 2017.
