Blizzard Entertainment – Former employee files federal complaint over racism and various abuse

[Full post] A former employee of Blizzard Entertainment’s esports division recently revealed he has lodged a federal complaint against the developer for mistreatment he has suffered while working there since joining in 2013. Julian Murillo-Cuellar, who has since left and started his own company, claimed racism and other forms of abuse drove him to consider suicide various times, including a failed attempt in Dec 2017. Although concerns were raised to management several times, they were ignored. He was medically certified to have suffered from regular panic attacks and multiple nervous breakdowns, even PTSD.
