Korean developer Softnyx, famous for its games such as Gunbound and Rakion, today announced it is merging with fellow Korean studio Picneko Creative. You might not have heard of this studio, but it is the creator of Kingdom Story, a mobile game currently published by NHN Entertainment with millions of players. Retaining the Softnyx name, the corporation aims to diversify its business portfolio and accelerate the publishing and development of online and mobile games. Softnyx did not specify what new games it is now working on.
