Publisher Smilegate Megaport and developer Super Creative recently held a media event to announce more information about the upcoming launch of their new mobile RPG, Epic Seven. The pre-registration phase for South Korea has already started, with players getting a 4-Star character if the target of 1 million pre-registrants is achieved. Smilegate Megaport is also the global publisher of Epic Seven, although there is no confirmed date for any of the launches.
Developed by the Super Creative team who made games such as Kingdom Under Fire and Soccer Spirits, Epic Seven is a fantasy mobile RPG with a side-scroll and turn-based battle system. Players will form teams out of various unique characters, with 11 announces thus far. Epic Seven does not seem to being too much innovation to the table, but it is no doubt one of the best looking 2D anime-style mobile game out there. Stay tuned for more news!
