Webzen today announced the first global Closed Beta for its new MMORPG, MU Legend. This first test phase is set to begin in fall 2016. MU Legend, a dark-fantasy action MMORPG, is the highly anticipated follow-up to MU Online. It features fluid and stunning hack ‘n’ slash combat, content that caters to both solo and party play, and a deep and intriguing world that will satisfy new players and fans alike.
Crafted using Unreal Engine 3, MU Legend displays spectacular visuals and stunning effects that will run even on lower-end systems. Webzen has also opened MU Legend’s global Facebook page, providing players with an official source of information regarding the global release. The page will also share livestreams with English commentary for the Korean Closed Beta 2, which begins today.
Webzen is planning to run a second global test in early 2017, and is working on localizations of the game (French, German, Brazilian-Portuguese, Spanish and Polish) after the two global tests.
