[Pre-Alpha register] Over at Game Developers Conference (GDC) 2015, developer Epic Games just announced that Unreal Engine will now be free to everyone, with no subscription fees. The catch, of course, will be royalty sharing once the game starts selling. Along with that epic announcement, Epic Games also showed the world new footage of the in-development Unreal Tournament.
Now in the Pre-Alpha stage, players can actually play and start providing feedback, along with creating their own items. Crafted by Unreal Engine 4, the development team has been seeking opinions from the community since last year. New updates are shown in the forums, and there are regular Twitch livestream feeds. Once again, anyone could join the Pre-Alpha version now.
