While the Korean version of Blade & Soul Mobile, was first announced by NCsoft at G-Star 2014 back in November, it seems the China players will be getting the game first. Blade & Soul China’s publisher, Tencent Games, is currently running an event for the mobile game, loosely translated as Battle Blade & Soul, teasing players with a first look at the card images found in the game. More designs here.
The actual details for the gameplay has yet to be revealed, though it is safe to say Battle Blade & Soul (or Blade & Soul Mobile) will be heavily based on 2D art, with each character having new artwork after being upgraded. There has yet to be an official release schedule, but gamers in the West would probably have to wait very long given the extended absence of the client version.
