Over at Tencent Games Carnival 2014, China’s biggest games publisher announced that ArcheAge China will be launching next year in July, with exclusive Asian elements on top of the original content. After a glance at the various forums, it seems the gamers are not really happy with the news.
For the exclusive content, they will include new glider designs (such as panda), new pet (Asian dragon), new ship designs and new character costumes. I guess there will be new Asian house designs as well. Tencent Games and XLGAMES seem to be placing a very big bet, we shall see if it works.
