Perfect World China, otherwise known as Wanmei, recently moved its entire games operations to the new Arc platform. While the Western gamers have been using the similarly-named platform for some time now, it seems the one deployed in China will have many more useful features.
While used mainly as just a games distribution platform in the West, Arc China will have functions such as frame rate boosting, a SmartCDN system to boost download speeds and also the capability to livestream. It makes sense since Perfect World China is publishing Dota 2 in the region.
