Technically, NCsoft is a company under Nexon, but they are still seen as 2 separate entities most of the time. Having their attendance confirmed, games such as Peria Chronicles, MapleStory 2, Closers, Lineage Eternal, Metal Black: Alternative and a slew of mobile games are poised to be showcased.
Other companies which will be at the show include XLGAMES (developer of ArcheAge), there to showcase Civilization Online. Smilegate, developer of Crossfire, have a couple of new MMORPGs and many mobile games to announced. It seems Daum Games has been confirmed with Black Desert too.
Foreign companies which are apparently missing include Blizzard Entertainment, Sony Entertainment and surprisingly, Wargaming. According to reports, Wargaming has already showcased their wares at E3 2014 and Gamescom 2014, with World of Tanks not performing exceptionally well in Korea.
Korean companies not attending include Netmarble, NHN Entertainment, Wemade Entertainment, Webzen and Neowiz Games. This is certainly a grand list, with Neowiz surprising since they have tons of games such as Bless, Asker and Black Squad all in beta phases by November.
Of course, some of them might have a booth in the Business to Business (B2B) hall while being absent from public presence. For NCsoft and Nexon, the list of games which will be displayed has yet to be finalized. I am really, really eager to see how Peria Chronicles and Lineage Eternal have progressed.
