Taiwanese developer X-Legend has announced a new promotional event to be held for the Taiwan server of Fantasy Frontier in-conjunction with Japanese anime, Date A Live. The second season of the anime will air this coming April in Japan, and the new cash costume Tohka Yatogami looks amazing.
Costumes for 6 more characters from Date A Live will be added subsequently, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds in terms of collaboration with Japanese animes. I will be observing the Japanese server for Fantasy Frontier as well, and I guess everyone is hoping for a Sword Art Online collaboration…
As mentioned in a previous article, Fantasy Frontier recently added the new Tachi weapon. Players will gain “Slash Souls” while fighting, and this meter can be unleashed (blue aura), causing more damage to be dealt and apparently deal short range AOE damage as well.
Also introduced earlier was a new Eidolon, Hera. She will be 1 of the guardians found in the new levels 16 to 20 of Sky Tower, along with a male guardian. He is described as an Eidolon as well, although not named currently. King Arthur and Excalibur? I wonder…
