Counter-Strike Online 2 entered Open Beta late last month in South Korea, with developer and publisher Nexon holding several events. In the latest update, a 3rd faction loosely translated as “Masked Red Apes” appeared as part of the Big City 64 vs 64 map.
A common enemy faction of Counter-Terrorists and Terrorists, players from either side will get to meet members of the Masked Red Apes after completing 3 side quests within the Big City map. The final battle will be at the faction’s submarine, where Counter-Terrorists and Terrorists will fight as a team.
