[Source] Voted America’s worst company for 2 straight years, EA just announced the closure of Command & Conquer, its upcoming Free-to-Play version of the franchise. In truth, none of the C&C games was a success after EA bought over and closed down the original developer, Westwood Studios.
According to tweets from staff of Victory Games, the new studio behind this game has also closed. Victory Games was developing Command & Conquer for the past 3 years or so, with no other titles to boast of. Perhaps the game lost its vision after interference from EA’s money men…
