Announced a couple of years ago, KLASH: Psychic Warfare announced recently that Pang Game will be its publisher in Korea. Pang Game was most recently in the news for picking up the reborn version of Luna Plus, which had its English server shut down years back by gPotato.
KLASH is essentially a mixture between GunZ and perhaps Nexon’s Cyphers (minus the Dota-style map), with room-based combat and each character having some psychic abilities other than the standard physical weapons.
