With iOS ignored, the mobile version for Phantasy Star Online 2, known as Phantasy Star Online 2 es, will enter Closed Beta sometime this summer (subject to change) for the Android platform. Unlike the Vita version, this mobile title for PSO2 will not be directly linked to the core PC client.
Available only in Japan, Closed Beta registration will last from 9th June till 16th July, with 50,000 testers to be selected. Although the second English version was announced recently, it is unknown if Phantasy Star Online 2 es is part of the deal.
