Swordsman Online recently entered its 2nd test phase in China, and developer Perfect World added a new rectile combat mode, much similar to Blade & Soul’s. I am guessing this is to make the rather monotonous game more “action-y”.
While players have to manually move close, normal attacks will only hit multiple targets if they are close enough, while skills remain pretty much the same (single target skills will only hit 1 target).
Swordsman Online continues to look graphically impressive, but as stated in my preview, the game world is pathetically small and every map is connected through teleporting, which is really, really weird.
