Other than maintaining Age of Wushu and rolling out its new steampunk MMORPG, Black Gold Online, Snail Game somehow still managed to announce a debut test phase for its first online shooter, Penguin Warfare, on 1st June.
There will be 4 modes for the test, and there will be 1 which is slightly “unique”. Both teams are given a certain amount of lives, and 1 will be deducted for each death. The team with the highest leftover amount will win, with a draw game possible.
I have touched on the game before, and expect tons of comical effects and costumes from movies and such. Penguin Warfare is no doubt a light-hearted and wacky third person shooter. Why penguin? Well, I am guessing it is to mock a certain rich competitor, whose mascot is a penguin as well…
