With the new “G” expansion coming in 3 days, Capcom has announced a couple more anime tie ups for Monster Frontier Online after the Fate/ stay night collaboration. Ok, Miku is not necessarily part of an anime series, but she is still an animated character 😀
The other anime involved is Sengoku Basara, a highly popular series among male teenagers. The Miku costume is definitely looking sort of distorted when matching with the facial model though…
The update brings along several new monsters, hundreds of new armor materials and of course, a new boss. An elder dragon, players will apparently be fighting “Shantiyen” in the skies.
Below are a couple of screenshot from the “G” expansion, showcasing the 2 “smaller” bosses and new armor designs for some of the classes. There is certainly no news of Monster Hunter Frontier G reaching the English market, since it has been nearly 6 years since launching in Japan.
