I am around 2 weeks slow on this news, so do accept my apology. Mabinogi Heroes introduced the new pet system recently, and it looks super cute despite feeling a little bit out of place. The pet can be summoned for up to 120 minutes per day, with players able to recall and summon it any time. The pet’s basic ability is to help players loot items, but will also provide a 1 minute defensive buff when players are surrounded by enemies upon hitting level 10.
It will also help players to attack, but the damage at low level is said to be just scratching the enemies’ back. Similar to most pet system, it must be fed to maintain it stats, or they will go down once the hunger meter hits different limits. It is required for players to purchase a revival stone from the cash shop to revive dead pets as well. There is currently only 1 type to choose from, which is the one seen in the trailer above.
