Out of Tencent Games’ 4 new online shooters, including Assault Fire (link) and BATTERY (link), Warface is the only one I did not manage to get into Closed Beta, and perhaps the one which is attracting the most attention due to Crytek developing the game. Moving on, nothing new was shown at TGC 2011, except that the Crytek head honchos revealing more stuff about the PvE content.
The PvE content for Warface is not just player Vs AI affair in a room, but these are actually mission maps with goals the players will have to complete, for example protecting a truck filled with medical aides to its destination. Of course, the advanced AI will now be the deterrent. As I did not manage to get into the game, there is no HD footage I can actually show.
A small number of lucky attendees at TGC 2011 also got their hands on a limited edition Warface shirt, which looks kind of cool.
