ARA Online was actually announced last week, but I didn’t want to post about it as there was only 1 character art and no trailers or screenshots were in sight. Developed by Korean studio Aquarius, ARA Online is a 3D action side-scroller. Founded in 2008, the studio is made up of several staff who hailed from NCsoft, CJ E&M, Sonov (now ChoiRock Games), T3 Entertainment and more.
There will be 5 different beginning classes to choose from, each with various class advancement options. The company so far did not release much information, but there will be a PvP arena as well. A Focused Group Testing (FGT) will happen soon and the company aims to release ARA Online before the year ends.
