Perfect World Beijing has released the 2nd trailer for their new MMORPG, tentatively translated as World of Immortals. It used to be an expansion for Battle of the Immortals and called Battle of the Immortals 2, but things changed since the company decided to make it into an entirely new game just a few days ago. As I mentioned, the game will have 8 classes (3 revealed so far) and much of the graphics and ingame locations will differ from the original Battle of the Immortals. The 3 new classes has got official names now, mainly the Swordmage, Archer and Dancer. Click here for more details as I post more updates when available!
Update: According to the latest news post, there will be 698 different catchable monsters to be tamed as pets! And with the new advanced technology flooding into the game’s storyline, players will be seeing much mecha elements! Dark-themed steampunk MMORPG, anyone?
