Well, the game was originally codenamed as GR Online, and at TGS 2010, its Chinese name was revealed to be 界天傳說Online, roughly translated to Celestial Legend Online. And yes, this is yet another Taiwanese developed MMORPG after Gamania took the show by storm. It seems the the Taiwanese MMO companies are aiming to take a shot at the barely tapped Japanese Free to Play MMO market. Much can be seen from the video below, so I will not be explaining too much details. There will be 7 weapons to choose from in the game and it seems like the maps are covered with several traps and obstacles players will have to destroy.
The game is currently around 60% finished, and negotiations are apparently already being negotiated for the China and Japan servers. The game will see light in 2011.
