According to foreign reports, Aeria Games (North America) has acquired 2 new MMORPGs, Kingdom Heroes 2 Online and Heroes: Scions of Phoenix. Both MMORPGs are developed using the BigWorld Technology engine. Some other games developed using this engine include Japan’s Grandia Online, China’s Tian Xia 2, the upcoming World of Tanks and Russia’s Northern Blade (from the developer of Allods Online).

‘Heroes – Scions of Phoenix’ was developed by Userjoy and is based on their popular RPG game series ‘Fantasia Sango’. The story is centered on the Chinese mythology of the universe creation, and blended with early Chinese history and key legendary figures from the Qin, Han and Three Kingdoms Dynasties. A breathtaking fiction of fantasy, martial arts and magic will be staged in front of the players. There will be more than 50 famous characters from the Three Kingdoms appearing in ‘Heroes: Scions of Phoenix’, all sculptured in gorgeous modeling design and infused with rich imaginative background stories.
