Outspark has been confirmed to be the English publisher of the upcoming MMORPG, Divine Soul, servicing 47 countries. Divine Soul has just finished its first Closed Beta in Korea in August, and the next phase of Closed Beta is expected to start in early 2010. Seems to me Korean games are starting to find its way to the English market even before their own servers are officially running. The game is currently under translation process.
Divine Soul talks about the creation of 4 countries by the ancient gods, where one became corrupted and declared war on the other 3. The 3 remaining countries thus formed an alliance to withstand the enemy’s persistent attacks over the past 20years. GamePrix, the developer, claims that the game will test players’ nimbleness and skillfulness over its unique control system. Another feature available is the 8 VS 8 PVP battles. As the game has just finished its first Closed Beta in August, more information will be released as it approaches Closed Beta 2.
Here are some screenshots from the 1st Closed Beta.
